Twenty20 test matches.. nah..I have a better solution

Twently20 matches tends to be close as difference between two teams , even it is there does not come out as average difference in the score tends to be less than 15 runs. If you play two innings this 15 runs difference may not make a huge impact in 2nd innings and this is crazy.
